We are very excited to be hosting guest speaker Dr. Norman Blumenthal, renowned trauma specialist, licensed clinical psychologist in Cedarhurst, NY, who also specializes in adolescent and group therapy.
Dr. Blumenthal will be addressing High School students from Canada and the USA on the topic of
“Anxiety About an Unknown Future in the Face of Corona”
He will focus in particular on issues related to graduation, seminary/yeshiva, etc. This special session is open to students in grades 10 to 12 and their parents. At the end of the presentation, Dr. Blumenthal will be answering several of the students’ questions.
This special talk is being offered as part of the 2nd Annual Jewish Community Mental Health Awareness Shabbat.
